Hi

I recently bought a few pieces of gear off one seller on ebay - two motors, an esc and a packet of connectors.

All in all, I think I spent some US$30 total.

The connectors failed to come in.

Today I mailed a question about this and received (gist here) the following answer:

1. We're sorry, we have no idea where they could have gone
2. Probably HK post
3. Many apologies
4. We're sending them again

I have no actual idea whether they actually sent it the first time or not (everything else came in and the connectors were purchased later than the rest), but this is a very nice service.

With all due respect - this is not a question. This is a report of a nice reaction by an ebay dealer. This what is called word of mouth. This is intended to tell people here who might be tempted to buy stuff on ebay that this dealer looks trustworthy and maybe they (the people) should put their trust in this dealer.
