אני פותח כאן שרשור בניה של קיט של טיסן 18- F/A של חברת YELLOW AIRCRAFT
בקנ''מ של 1/7 ....
השרשור ילווה בהסברים בשפה האנגלית עמכם הסליחה.
Hello everybody I'm starting here a thread build of the Y/A F/A-18 Twin "BUG" .....This kit has been on and off my desk in the past 4,5 years and I've decided to bring it to completion ....
enjoy...above is a picture of the full scale and here is a 1/32 scale plastic model that I've built for my purposes the model will be painted according to it..
At this stage the "BUG" is more or less built i.e all formers in the fuse are installed , wings are glassed including fins and stabs. . Also all gear doors are done too.
The wings control surfaces have been altered from the original plans to a state where they more or less have resemblance to the ones on the full size.
Following are some pictures which describe the various parts done. A more spesific picture gallery will follow.Starting with the wings
Seen above are the wings with control surfaces in their advanced preparation stage where the wings have been sheeted and ailerons together with the flaps have been removed from the core , trimmed and boxed also is seen the aileron servo housing been reveiled
Next are pictures of the special offset hinges that were made for the scale actuation of the flaps and ailerons...
The offset hinges are being produced by Dr.Charles Tsee
and can be purchased separately they are not made specially for the F/A-18
back then...(2006~7) today they are used in numerous kits. Observe the different sizes to match the mechanical geometry of movement.

זה נחמד אבל מעניין כמה כאילו יש שניכנסים לאתר הזה ואינם דוברים כלל עברית.מבלי לזלזל באתר מי שלאדובר עברית רק אנגלית יכנס לאתרים עולמיים .

Flaps and Ailerons after primer been applied
hardly seen are panel lines engraved in the surface....
seen here are the secondary flap with some small torsion spring made of 0.8mm piano wire glued to the surface with DP460 Epoxy.
Preparation of servo hatches...
Filling the fuselage separation mold line with car putty...
fuselage seam line filled ,sanded flush and coated with primer....
more work on the wings....flaps at fully deployed position, "takeoff" and flight...
Final fit work on gear doors done......:D

Next I deal with the splitter plates, first step is laminating 1/8 balsa plank on the inner surface of the part and sanding down to a minimum the LE's
after that covering the surface with 120g cloth and resin ....

After glassing ,sanding filling and co for so long I've decided to do something diffrent today.....
Preparation of possition lights red port side first...
Bypass and cover preparation....sanded , then ...pin hole filler.. apply heavy duty primer ...fine primer.

דרך אגב מצ"ב לינק לבחור ספרדי שעשה גם כן צינור תידלוק, אני משוכנע שעיינת בזה אבל אם לא אז לשם העניין.
אתה עושה עבודה עצומה! אמרתי לך כבר את זה אבל זה ממש ראוי להגיד שוב! כל הכבוד! אני עוקב בעיון רב אחרי השרשור הזה.
אגב, תוכל לפרסם תמונה של הוו גרירה אולי ממספר היבטים ואולי אם תהיה לך אפשרות גם התייחסות למידות, גם ביחס לגוף כלומר עד כמה הוא בולט אם
בכלל מבין שני הצינורות פליטה.

תכן וביצוע מנגנון החופה המתכונתית של הצרעה , המנגנון בשלב הראשון משחרר את הנעילה של החופה עלידי משיכתה אחורה ומעלה ולאחר מכן החופה נפתחת כלפי מעלה...כל המנגנון מופעל עלידי מנוע סרוו בודד.
לאחר העדרות של שנתיים וארבעה חודשים כמעט משולחן העבודה , מתחדשת העבודה על ה BUG...

כחלק מייצור העצמי של כל תא הטייס שיבוא בתום חלק זה .
עדיין ...
שתי התמונות הראשונות הן של הכסא האמיתי .. כל השאר חנטריש זרעיר..
סטטוס כרגע , מחכה שידפיסו לי את מדבקות המים שעיצבתי לפי המקור .
