בעבר היינו מזמינים כמעט הכל מ HeliKraft -הכל היה טוב המחיר והשירות המצויין עד ש EMS החליטו להתחכם עם השיחרור הקולקטיבי כולם מכירים את הסיפור ...
טוב אז אני התגעגתי והחלטתי לשלוח מכתב ל - HeliKraft אתמול בנושא צורת המשלוח. תראו את התשובה שלהם: הם מוכנים לבצע משלוחים רגילים דרך Air pacel ולא דרך EMS
רק שימו לב שאין להם אפשרות לביטוח וזאת הסיבה שהם התעקשו לעבוד עם EMS.
אני עדיין לא רואה שיש אפשרות כזו בהזמנה אבל בטח בקרוב הם יסדרו את זה

Here is the problem with the postal service. As the EMS rate we have by contract is a special discounted rate. It cost the same to ship by air parcel as it is by EMS, so naturally we thought everyone would be happy to have the EMS as it is faster and has internet tracking.
Air parcel does not have any tracking and a lot slower. Also it cost the same price as EMS.
But if this is what you want, we have activated the air parcel shipping option, please note that this is the same rate as EMS but the packages will be shipped by air mail shipment and may take a while and not insured.
If you would be so kind to let your fellow country men, know about this, that we now offer air mail shipments to Israel, you will be pleased to find this shipping method is now available when you log in and select Israel as country of shipping.
