יי,
רכשתי מצלמת גו פרו BLACK 3+ , בחנות בהרצליה לפני כחצי שנה.
המצלמה עבדה מעולה עד שלפתע בצילומי הוידאו אין סאוונד.
אציין כי המצלמה תמיד במצב שמור מאוד בתוך המארז הסגור ובתוך תיק יעודי.
איני יודע מה הבעיה אשמח לעזרה.
האם האחריות של גו פרו הינה כללית או רק בחנות שממנה קניתי?

No sound on recordings from GoPro Hero3
Hi All,

Sorry if someone has covered this off before but it does not appear to let me search the forum at the moment, and I cant see this anywhere!

I got my GoPro last week, the first video I took seemed to be fine, but since then no recordings have had any sound. I have tried multiple memory cards (currently a SanDisk 32gb class 10), all resolutions, multiple computers and programs (VLC, Cineform, Windows media player) All to no avail. Unfortunately I do not have a micro HDMI adapter so cannot test playing video straight onto my TV to see if this works. I have never connected an external mic (this seems to have caused some issues for people) and have tried out everything else that I can, but still no luck!

Has anyone got any suggestions?

I kept trying to fix it last night and after numerous restarts, hard restarts and a few attempts at taking the battery out it all seems fine now!
