Hi Ron
You can feed it with a powerful 11-15V DC.
the power unit in the charger has a capacity of 22Amps over 115 V AC
so you will probably need an external transformer. Or an external power unit
going to 220V ac will drop capacity to 10-11 Amps - not very good
if you want to charge 4 batteries of 3A each at the same time @ 1C

Thank you for your answer but what about internal modification in order to conect the direct 220 volt from the wall
