המדריך : כיצד לבקש מה"סיני" משלוח לא דרך EMS

מיד עם סיום ההזמנה כשמקבלים את המייל של אישור התשלום יש לעשות REPLY (למייל cs@hobbyking.com ) עם הנוסח הבא :



Dear HobbyKing Team,



There have been reports in our www.efly.co.il forum that you upgrade shipping to EMS to expedite orders.



Please DO NOT SHIP EMS as this adds an extra cost of ~50$ on the package when receiving it in Israel.



Should this order be shipped EMS it shall be refused and returned to sender due to this issue.



Please make a clear note to the shipping department that under no circumstances this parcel is to be shipped EMS.




I appreciate your efforts for a fast and reliable service, I am willing to accept regular postage delays.



Please acknowledge reception of this request.

עדכון :
הגיעו אלי דווחים שלמרות הבקשות חלק מהמשלוחים יוצאים בEMS.
זה חלק מהעניין בעבודה מול חנות הונגקונגית המזרימה מעל 3000 חבילות ביום.
מי שחושש לקבל EMS פשוט שלא יזמין שם. יש אלטרנטיבות (חלק טובות יותר וחלק טובות פחות) ברשת.

כרגע כל מי שדווח הזמין סוללות, כך שהזמנת סוללות דורשת כנראה גישה אחרת של פניה מראש לשרות ואולי אף הזמנה במייל =ידנית ולא הזמנה ממוכנת.

לשיקול דעתכם

ועוד הא(ע)רה אופטימית חשבו כמה היה עולה לגשת לחנות XXX בארץ ולרכוש את אותו הציוד, אולי יותר זול פה?

    לאחרונה הזמנתי סוללות גדולות ואז במעבר מעל קיבול של 4500 MAH קיבלתי לינק קטן להודעה הבאה :

    Due to air safety regulations, parcels with a total battery capacity of more than 4500mAh cannot be sent via 'Air Parcel'.
    Please select Air Mail, EMS Express, UPS, DPD, or DHL where available.

    You can reduce the lipo capacity ordered, or order from one of HobbyKings US, EU or AU warehouses without limitation.

    Options.
    1) Order via EMS Express, UPS, DPD, Air Mail or DHL if available.
    2) Reduce total battery capacity to under 4500mAh.
    3) Order from Hobbyking.com DE, US or AU warehouse if available.
