עזרה קטנה בקשר לhobbycity..

לפני כמה זמן הזמנתי חלקים מנוע סרוואויום ועוד.
וכשקיבלתי היה מנוע עם ציר דפוק לא נגעתי בוא והיה ממש ממש קשה להוזיז את הציר שמסתובב.
וגם חבר שלי קנה אותו מנוע ושלו טוב מאוד וחלק.
עכשיו שלחתי להם בקשה מה לעשות עם המנוע וזה מה שהם רשמו..
מה הם רוצים?

Dear Customer.
We would like to apologise for the delays in shipping orders out and we want to assure you we're working very hard to have all orders filled as quickly as possible.
For your information; Currently it is taking us around 6 to 7 days to have orders shipped out. However with the increase in warehouse staff we hope to have this back down to 48hrs within 3 weeks. We have recruited several new warehouse staff members and increased work hours in an attempt to fill orders as quickly as possible over the coming weeks.
Again, we apologise for the delay and the inconvenience this may have caused you.

זה לא קשור, הם מתנצלים על העומס.

למיטב הבנתי כל מי שהזמין מהם בשבוע האחרון קיבל את ההודעה הנ"ל ( גם אני ) בהודעה שלהם אין בכלל התיחסות לבעיה שלך הם כותבים שב-3 שבועות הקרובים זמן המשלוח יהיה 6-7 ימים והם עובדים קשה כדי להחזיר את זמן המשלוח ליומיים עד 3 .
לדעתי זה די מאכזב.
ד.א הצעתי לכתוב להם מייל ב"הסיני ממשיך להתעקב ולאכזב"
