לפני מספר ימים הזמנתי סוללות 4 תאים מהובי קינג, שהזמנתי היו 7 סוללות במלאי, כנראה שעד שהתשלום שלי עבר, נקנו כל הסוללות וכרגע אני נמצא ב BK, הזמנתי 5 סוללות.
בכמה זמן המצב הנ"ל יאריך לי את ההגעה של הסוללות לארץ?
והאם אפשר לבטל את ההזמנה ולהזמין סוללות דומות אך אחרות שנמצאות במלאי? ואיך?
זמן ההגעה של סוללות למלאי אינו קבוע וגם דיי אינו ידוע. בדר"כ יש הערכה בדף המוצר.
אין שום בעיה לבטל הזמנה בתמורה לזיכוי באתר, צור עמם קשר בצ'ט או שלח מייל לcs@hobbyking.com
במקרה של BK הסיני נותן לך 2 אופציות, למקרה שאינך מעונין להמתין עד הגעת המוצרים.
הראשונה, לבטל את הפריטים הנמצאים ב-BK ולשחרר את הסכום ששולם עבורם לטובת הזמנה אחרת.
השניה, לבטל את כל ההזמנה.
קבל העתק הודעה שקיבלתי מהם בענין זה.

Your order currently includes backordered (out of stock) items.
If you do not wish to continue waiting for the items to be restocked, you have the following options;
Option
1 Cancel backorder items only.
The cancelled item cost will be credited to your bonus points, and any bonus points gained from that product will be deducted.
We are unable to refund differences in shipping.
Once the items have been cancelled we can release the order to our warehouse for dispatch.

2 Cancel whole order.
Cancel order 2001545479 and credit your bonus points for the total of $45.71 minus bonus points gained from the order.
I am aware that cancelling my order will remove all items and refund the paid total to my bonus points balance minus any points gained from the order.
Any credit codes used on this order will not be reactivated.
