יש לי ספרטן שקוף שהוא תקול.
שלחתי דוא"ל לחברה לפני 4 ימים ולא קיבלתי עדיין תשובה.
האם מישהו כבר שלח להם פעם ?. כמה זמן עד שהם חוזרים ? היה פה מישהו שרשם שהוא שלח
להם ועלה לו 2 פאונד המשלוח והתיקון. אני לא זוכר מי זה היה.

התיקון עלה לי ספציפית 2 פאונד ... משלוח ואריזה עוד 14 פאונד סה"כ קצת פחות מ-100 שקלים.

אתה צריך לפתוח שאילתה באתר שלהם ולא לשלוח אימייל, אליי חזרו כמה שעות לאחר מכן, אל תצפה לתשובות בסופ"שים כמובן למרות שהיה אחד שכן ענה בשבת ...

Make sure the following statement is clearly written on the customs declaration or outside of the packet: 'A PRODUCT BEING RETURNED TO THE COUNTRY OF ORIGIN FOR SERVICE'. Failure to do this could result in Spartan RC being charged import duty and we could not then accept delivery.
Since at its current state the item is not fit for use and realistically does not have its original market value you may wish to declare a nominal value of US$20 which falls under the taxable limit, simplifies paperwork and speeds things through customs.
Your RMA and return address details:
The RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) shown below is valid for 10 days + transit time. If you are unable to dispatch the goods in 10 days please contact us to update your RMA.

To send goods back to us you can use any courier and service of your choice. Please note that goods remain in your possession until delivered and signed for by us. We advice you to use a reliable mail service and insure them adequately.
Other than the RMA number do not include hand written or printed notes in the package. If you have any further comment regarding this return please add them to this ticket so that a record of all information is kept that is easily searchable.
Finally, please provide the address where repaired/replaced items should be posted by responding to this ticket.
Our warranty and repair service
The Spartan RC warranty covers products against manufacturing defects. During the warranty period we will repair or replace affected products as we see fit and return them to you free of charge. Specific details on warranty for your product can be found in your product's user guide. If you return goods for warranty repair but they are subsequently found not faulty or not qualifying for such repair the return postage will be billed to the customer. Some Spartan RC products also qualify for free extended service period which is subject to the customer registering the product within 30 days of the original purchase. During the free service period check ups and repair work is done free of charge but parts and return postage will be billed to the customer. Spartan RC will not return goods before any invoices applicable to your RMA are paid.
