מצרף את הצעדים הדרושים על מנת להתקין את ה-OSD על הטיסן מבחינת התוכנה ומקווה שהרשימה תסייע לכם כללתי גם מספר הערות חשובות שליקטתי מפרסומים שונים.בהצלחה.
התקנת OSD
מחברים את כרטיס הMINIMOSD למחשב באמצעות כרטיס USB FTDI המאפשר חיבור ה"דוקרנים" של הכרטיס לUSD ובאמצעותו למחשב.
מורידים למחשב את התוכנות CONFIG_OSD MINIMOSD_22.hex

לתיקיה חדשה על שולחן העבודה CONFIGUR OSD
בתוך התיקיה בוחרים בתפריט מתוך התוכנה את OSD_Config.exe
בלוח שנפתח לוחצים על לשונית עליונה OPTION
בוחרים עידכון תוכנה UPDATE FIRMWARE
התוכנה שבוחרים לעלות היא MinimOSD_22.hex לוחצים על SAVE TO OSD
תוכנה נוספת להטענה –CHARACTERSET אותיות לתצוגה "charset" התיקיה שלה נמצאת בתוך תפריט התוכנה OSD CONFIG גם אותה SAVE TO OSD
לאחר השלמת הורדת והטענת 2 התוכנות או העידכון על כרטיס הMINIMOSD בוחרים ולוחצים על הלשונית PANEL1
בוחרים ומסמנים את הנתונים שברצוננו שיהיו מוצגים על מסך תחנת הקרקע ולוחצים על SAVE TO OSD
אופציה כנ"ל לגבי לשונית PANEL2
הערות נוספות שאספתי מפרסומים באינטרנט:
To upload you need a FTDI (Also make sure that you have the FTDI driver installed)
Important for "CHARSET" upload: If you have video and digital side of the osd separated you also have to power the video side to be able to upload the new character file! With 3V up to 5V
You cannot connect use the OSD when your APM 2 is also connected via USB (they share the same port). Make sure you disconnect your USB cable from the APM 2 board before attempting to use the OSD.
FTDI connection issues
Other Thoughts:If you are having problems to connect with the OSD Config Tool (Arducan OSD Config) using the FTDI cable, then you have to press the reset button and right after click the desired command in the program (load or write). In my case there was a message saying the program could not communicate with the OSD when using the FTDI cable. I figure out the solution after a long research on the net. It worked well for me.
Bottomline:Recommend but definitely not for new bees.
