Hi Aviv,
Thank you very much for sending us this email. As you may already know, we also offer Registered Airmail as a cheaper shipping option for order under $100 and with parcel chargeable weight no more than 500g. You will see this option (International airmail service) during checkout when it is applicable. The registered airmail does have advantage in term of cost for small package but the risk and delivery time will be in negative side. That's why we limit it to small package only. Please see the following link for further detail about this option.

Sometimes customers ask us to lower the declared value in total (not to describe the detail) and it did work to prevent further charge in import country for the most time. However, it really depends on customs office from country to country. And we can't be of any liability and you are at your own risk in case customs office in your country bring up any concern for it.
Anyway, if you and your friends in Israel prefer registered airmail whenever it is applicable or not for your new order, we will suggest you put a note in the comments field. We will then manually convert the shipping to registered airmail (note: parcel with "volumetric" weight over 1kg may be converted to "Postal Parcel Air" as advised by our local post office) and refund you the shipping difference if any. Hope this proposal is ok for you. It may be a bit inconvenience but please be understanding that we hesitate to release the restriction applied to registered airmail in general for all countries through our system (as it may not be easy and justified to modify our system to provide airmail but not EMS only for Israel).
