קצת הסתבך לי עם משלוח לארץ דרך fedex הם דרשו עמלה של 140ש"ח על "שחרור מהמכס" זה לא כולל מע"מ או מס כלשהוא זאת ""בסך הכול"" העמלה שהם רוצים על כלום עבודה
כמובן שסירבתי לשלם יותר מ50% מערך החבילה כולל משלוח בעמלות כול הסיפור הזה בטוח עלה לaircraft-world.com כמה דולרים
יחד עם זאת קיבלתי החזר מלע של החיוב , אז לא טוב בשביל להזמין ליפו (אילה עם אתם רוצים לזרוק 50$ על משלוח) אבל השרות מצוין והרגשתי מחויב להמליץ על האתר aircraft-world.com

Thank you for your comment. Unfortunately, we have no another option to ship lipos to Isral by air service.
We are hoping the change will be made on international shipping regulation which might happen next year and we might be able to start shipping lipos by Japan post again. Until then, Fedex is the only option sorry.

Sorry to hear about such additional money request from the agent of Fedex in your country.
This kind of things also bother us from using Fedex. It seems to depend on the country whether the broker fee is added at arrival. This is my first time to hear from customs in Israel. I have not heard from Fedex yet but would tell them to return the package and will issue you a full refund. You do not have to open a Paypal dispute for this. I will handle the refund as soon as I can confirm the return with Fedex.

hello again , am sorry to be such a bother to u but something hes gone terribly wrong with FedEx delivery
they are asking me customs relies commissions of 140INC on top of the delivery that i already paid to u
i don't mined pain tax's (witch their was none on the package content) but they are asking for commission for handling the customs in total of 140NIC witch are 35$
thees are over 50% of the total amount i already paid to u ... 50$+- in delivery for a 45$ of product's is totally unacceptable
am sorry but i wasn't aware of that netheir your website informed me
and i refuse to pay 140NIC(35$) to be able to get the package , stated i wasn't informed abut thees commissions neither agree to them to begin with
FedEx Representative replayed they well contact u abut it ...
