בעיית שרות ב HOBBY KING

לכל החברה שקונים ב HOBBY KING רק שתדעו לאיזו רמת שירות לצפות במקרה של בעיה.
לפני שלושה שבועות הזמנתי חבילה מ HOBBY KING בערך של $179.51 בחבילה היה היה חסר חלק בשווי 2.47$, שלחתי שלוש תלונות לאחר שבועיים קיבלתי תגובה לאחר מספר מיילים קיבלתי תגובה שהם לא יכולים לעשות כלום מכיוון שאני לא יכול לספק להם תמונות ומשקל מדויק של החבילה, והם בטוחים שהם לא טעו, זו רמת השירות שאפשר לצפות מהם, כנרה שבכל זאת מנטליות השירות הסינית קובעת, למרות שזה אתר בינלאומי. למי שמעוניין לקרוא מצורפת ההתכתבות אחרי שבועיים:


Dear Customer,
Please double check the foam/grey bags in the parcel. Since the item is tiny, it can be hidden in those bags. Please send us a picture of weight within 48hrs of receiving the parcel if it is still not found:

1) DO NOT throw away any of the packaging or product materials. Keep the entire package 100% as you received it.
2) Weigh your parcel and its contents. You can use a kitchen scale for this. It must be accurate to 5g.
3) Photograph the parcel and its contents while weighing them. The photo must show weight, products, parcel and packing materials clearly.

I checked and double checked, the item is not tiny no way I missed it.

There is also the chance that it fell out after opening the parcel. May I have a picture of weight?

I don't have the package any more, it was 2 weeks ago and you did not replay, I am not going to bother any more with this meter I give up.

Sorry for our delay on this case. I have checked our back end system that this Motor Mount was shipped together with other items on your order. We believe the system would not make mistake. Sorry but we can not open investigation without pictures. Please remember to take a picture of weight within 48hrs of receiving the parcel if you believe there are items missing from your order next time.

I received one motor mount that comes with the HK-500GT 3D Electric Helicopter Kit. You believe your system would not make a mistake, so you prefer to believe your customer is laying for $2.47, I hope this is only your mistake in judgment and not company policy.

Sorry for late reply. We have accumulated thousands of emails to process due to Christmas and New Year's holiday, so we fail to reply your email in time.

The HK-500GT Kit contains a motor mount. May I have a picture of what you have got now?

The HK-500GT Kit contains a motor mount but I ordered anther one. I already assembled the helicopter If you are trying to wear me out you saccade I give up!!!!!!

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. We believe nobody will lie for $2.47. However, as there is no picture of weight provided it is hard for us to open investigation and locate the cause of the missing item.
