A minor disaster struck today when I found that the starboard wing is misaligned with the port wing in means of dihedral (both lateral and incidence), the problem lays with the fact that the wing is supported by a large bushing that is secured within the inner structure itself . After some thought I finally came to a conclusion that there is no other way to fix this but to cut open the wing and get access to the mentioned part , cutting it loose and reposition it in the right angle by means of securing the wing in it's correct position while the glue sets. After some tedious work the results are more than satisfying ....now what is left is to further reinforce the area with carbon rovings and close back the cavity...
