Yes it should be from the leading edge of the wing at the
wing root. that is to say as close to the fuselage ( plane Body) as possible
Now it is very important that if your plane has a
top wing then the
CG should be tested with the plane in an
upright Position
If your plane has a
middle wing or a
bottom wing then you must test for
CG with the plane
Inverted
Upp side down!!! other wise it will not be correct
further more it is advisable to have the "nose" pointing down 3° - 5° if possible
Do not forget fasten the batterie in place
