I would recommend that in the future you should use these: http://www.lmii.com/products/finishi...for-super-glue
look att the link . these are perfect in order to avoid drops and so on.
then there is always a CA remover kit. like Oded mentioned Acetone dose the work very well at half the cost. But you can avoid all the extra work...or

I guess i used to much CA while assembling the plane because i used those micro-pipettes..
For the next time i will put less glue..

I bought the CA remover today and it work perfectly, all the white stains removed and the plane look much better
I will add some photos in the future, Thanks again for the help
