לפנות ל FLYING HOBBY זו אופציה טובה ומניסיון בעבר הם לוקחים אחריות כאשר מסבירים להם בהגיון ובצורה יפה, נסח להם מייל יפה עם הסבר ותמונות ואני סבור שלא תתאכזב, הם גם עונים מהר.
לצערי לפנות ישירות ל ALIGN מיותר וחבל על הזמן שלך, החברה מייצרת מסוקים נהדרים אבל פשוט אטומה לפניות של לקוחות ואל תתפלא אם לא תקבל מהם שום תשובה אלא אם אתה יודע להיות נודניק ויש לך המון זמן פנוי.
אני מקווה שהם יטפלו בעניין בצורה נאותה לכל המעוניינים הנה המייל ששלחתי אליהם
dear flying hobby, A month ago i ordered a trex 500 ESP helicopter kit from you (Order Number: #44127) and today i tried to fly the heli for the first time.
I am an experienced Radio Controlled helicopter pilot and builder, and have built this helicopter perfectly and made sure the main and tail blade were balanced and that everything is perfect.
i made only several 3 minute short flights to trim the helicopter, and the helicopter worked smooth without any vibrations
a day after i went to the flying field, connected the battery and the blades started spinning, before the helicopter even took of the ground one of the main blades broke, resulting in crashing the helicopter.
the blade simpely got split in half, even tough it was new and didn't get hit by anything
the damage caused to the helicopter from this failure is:
main blades shattered
tail blades broken
fethering shaft bent
main shaft bent
servo gears on one servo broken
main gear broken
flybar paddle broken
flybar bent
tail boom bent
metal head stopper bent
this crash wasn't my fault , because it was caused by a factory defect in the blade
I am a costumer of flying hobby for quite some time and spent hundreds of dollars in your online shop, so I expect to receive a full refund at least on the blades themselves (ALIGN 425D blades costing 49$),if not on the whole parts destroyed in this crash(total of 131$)
attached to this messege are pictures of the blade that failed, note that the blade is split, not just broken because the blade failed, you can see this clearly on picture 3130 and picture 3133
i hope you will resolve this problem properly so i can leave a good review on you to the main forum in my country and continue buying from your wonderful online shop, and not a bad review
