הזמנתי ליפו ב 29 לדצמבר, אני עדיין לא קיבלתי
שלחתי הודעות למרכז שירות של הסיני, לא ענה במשך חודש +
חיכיתי מספר ימים ופתחתי דיספיוט , הסיני לא ענה לפיפאל,ולא לי רק אחרי מס' שבועות שפתחתי CLAIM הוא ענה ועידכן את פיפאל במספר מעקב
עכשיו אחרי חודש הסיני נזכר לענות :
שהם מחכים לתשובה מהחברת שליחויות ויעדכנו אותי כשתהיה תשובה ,והוסיפו , כל עוד יש נגדם CLAIM בפיפאל הם לא יוכלו לעזור לי והם ממליצים לסגור את ה CLAIM

Refund via Paypal, please be informed that it will take 7 business days to complete the process and reflect in your account. And refund via Bonus Points, please take note that the store credit/bonus points can't cover the shipping cost on the checkout. 1 store credit/bonus points is equivalent to $1. And check your bonus points adjustments within 48 hours.
