אני אפתח נושא חדש כדי שיודגש הנושא הבעייתי בפורום.

יש כאן בעיה שנפגעים אנשים מחנות שמפורנסת יפה מכלל המטיסים ואני בוחר לשתף במקרה דומה.

טוב אז היא מודה שעשתה טעות, עכשיו חוזרת בה
השיחה נקטעה כי היא סגרה את הצט כי התחילה הפסקת צהריים
סגרה בפתאומיות בלי להגיד סליחה יש לי הפסקה או משהו.... גועל נפש
תארו לעצמכם לדבר עם מישהו בטלפון ופתאום מתנתקת השיחה ואתם מתקשרים שוב ויש תקליט

קצת נמאס לקרוא את האנגלית הקלוקלת שלכם, ואת חוסר ההבנה הבסיסי במגבלות הקניה ברשת ואת הרצון של החנות לרצות את רוב הלקוחות.
מי שסובל מהEMS הם לקוחות גרמניה וישראל, לא נאה לכם , אל תקנו.
כמו שמי שמזמין סחורה סינית לוקח את הסיכוי להנזק מסחורה פגומה כך יש להתייחס לEMS.

אין לי שום דבר אחר להגיד חוץ מ"פשוט גאווה ישראלית".....
כשאני נתקלתי בבעיה עם משלוח מאתר מוכר ברשת שלחתי להם מייל מסודר עם אנגלית נכונה ובלי עצבים ישראלים והסברתי להם בנימוס ובשלווה מה קרה בגלל ששלחו לי בטעות במשלוח הלא נכון והיתי צריך להוסיף עוד 300 שקל, הם ביקשו ממני לשלם ולשלוח להם קבלה והם יזכו אותי
ככה עשיתי ובאמת זיכו אותי
אני בטוח שאם מישהו ממכם היה מסביר בצורה יפה וטובה לHK על הביזיון של EMS בארץ אולי הם היו מבינים ללבכם...
אבל כשאתם מדברים ככה בצא"ט.... אני לא מתפלא שהיא לא עונה לך....
