,As been said above those are Metal Geared servo
they have more durability in crash .(of course the shock will be deliverd to another mechanism in the heli)
:The disadvantages with them are
1.The damage from the crash will be deliverd on to unknowen mechanism.
2.Relativly to the HB version thay are intend to grow some loosen in the gears.
,The extra wheight in this case is negligible and irrelevant
.(the heli will take both of the servoes)
.What is preferred
!This is a matter of your opinion and budget (not a huge difference) - Bottom line is that both of them will do the work excellent
