The plane's expected all up weight is 3.4kg. I am rounding this UP.
You need a motor capable of taking 1250-1400W input power.
A reasonable motor for this purpose would be a Hyperion 3025-06 or -08. A Hyperion 4020-08 would be a major overkill and provide you with excess power.
ESC - for the 4020 (which I do NOT think you should get) you would need a 140A ESC. For the 3025 models, you'd need an 80-85A for the 08 and a 110A for the 06. This on a fairly low cell count (4S). If you can go higher, currents drop.
Prop - for the 3025, on a 5S battery - 14x7 or 14x8 should give you plenty of power. Check clearance.
