איך אפשר לקנות מהסיני בטריות יותר???

בטריה לשלט, 15$, 51$ משלוח.... מאירופה 17$ עם 23$ משלוח....

מה-readymaderc בטריה דומה 20$ ו-7.5$ משלוח.

בסוף לקחתי בטריה טיפה קטנה יותר 2200 במקום 2500 מבנגגוד ב-10$ עם משלוח.

חוצפן הסיני עם משלוחי בטריות.

הוא לא חוצפן, הוא היחיד שעושה את זה בצורה חוקית.
בשביל להטיס סוללות אתה צריך אישורים מיוחדים ודרך מיוחדת לארוז ולהטיס אותן.
מי ששולח סוללות באותה דרך שבה הוא שולח אזיקונים - עובר על החוק.
אני לא יודע מי אמור לאכוף את החוק הזה, אבל כנראה שאין לו אינטרס (או דרך) לעצור את כולם.
המוצרים שמייצרים אצלי בעבודה עובדים עם סוללות LiFePO4. אנחנו משלמים ה-מ-ו-ן כסף עבור המשלוחים של הסוללות האלה מסין, כי הן לא יכולות להישלח בדואר רגיל. או ששולחים אותן בים ומחכים להן שבועות ארוכים.
אין לי מושג למה הסיני הספציפי הזה בחר להיות צדיק, אבל עובדה שהם עושים את זה אפילו שברור שזה פוגע להם בהכנסות.

גם בנגוד שולחים חוקי. במשלוח מרוכז יעודי לשבדיה ומשם בדואר לישראל ולשאר היעדים. נותנת להן שירותים חברת דיירקט לינק, חברה בת של הדואר השבדי.

להלן מובאים הכללים והאיסורים לגבי שליחת סוללות כפי שהם מופיעים באתר של USPS (הדואר האמריקאי).
בקצרה - עצם העובדה שאתה שולח תאים בודדים כשהם לא מורכבים בתוך המכשיר שבו הם אמורים לפעול, כבר עברת על הכלל הראשון והכי חשוב.
בנוסף, יש הגבלה על מספר התאים, משקל פר תא, כמות וואט/שעה לכל תא ולכלל התאים, אריזה קשיחה ומבודדת וכו'.
בקיצור, אם USPS יחליטו לאכוף את העניין, לא תתאפשר שליחה זולה של תאים גם מארה"ב.
בתכל'ס, אין אף חנות היום שעומדת בתקן.
למען האמת, גם הקומבינה של הסיני דרך DHL היא בדיוק זה - קומבינה. הסוללות שם לא נארזות ונשלחות בצורה אחרת ממה שהוא היה עושה כשהוא שלח דרך הדואר הסיני. כנראה ש DHL הסכימו לעניין או שהם סתם לא מצהירים בדיוק מה יש שם.

135.6 Batteries

135.61 Availability — Mail Classes

Regardless of quantity or type — primary lithium (non-rechargeable) or secondary lithium-ion (rechargeable) — shipments containing lithium cells or batteries are nonmailable in Global Express Guaranteed service. The standards under 135.62 through 135.64 apply to all other outbound international mail classes.
135.62 General

Only lithium cells and batteries under 135.63 and 135.64 that are properly installed in the equipment they are intended to operate may be sent internationally or to APO, FPO, or DPO locations when not restricted or prohibited by the destination country or APO, FPO, or DPO location. For specific country restrictions, see the applicable Individual Country Listing. For specific APO, FPO, or DPO restrictions, see the information for the destination ZIP Code in the article titled “Overseas Military/Diplomatic Mail” published in each issue of the Postal Bulletin.
Lithium batteries packed with equipment and lithium batteries sent separate from equipment are prohibited. Damaged or recalled batteries are prohibited and may not be mailed internationally under any circumstances.
135.63 Primary Lithium (Non-Rechargeable) Cells and Batteries

Small consumer-type primary lithium cells and batteries (lithium metal or lithium alloy) like those used to power cameras and flashlights are mailable in a single shipment with the following restrictions:

1. The batteries must be installed in the equipment being shipped.
   
2. Each shipment may contain a maximum of only four lithium cells or two lithium batteries.
   
3. The lithium content must not exceed 1 gram (g) per cell.
   
4. The total aggregate lithium content must not exceed 2 g per battery.
   
5. The batteries installed in the equipment must be protected from damage and short circuit.
   
6. The equipment must be equipped with an effective means of preventing it from being turned on or activated.
   
7. The equipment must be contained in a strong sealed package and cushioned to prevent movement or damage.

135.64 Secondary Lithium-ion (Rechargeable) Cells and Batteries

Small consumer-type lithium-ion cells and batteries like those used to power cell phones and laptop computers are mailable in a single shipment with the following restrictions:

1. The batteries must be installed in the equipment being shipped.
   
2. Each shipment may contain a maximum of only four lithium-ion cells or two lithium-ion batteries.
   
3. The lithium content must not exceed 20 Watt-hour rating (Wh) per cell.
   
4. The total aggregate lithium content must not exceed 100 Wh per battery.
   
5. Each battery must bear the Wh marking on the battery to determine if it is within the limits defined in 135.64c and 135.64d.
   
6. The batteries installed in the equipment must be protected from damage and short circuit.
   
7. The equipment must be equipped with an effective means of preventing it from being turned on or activated.
   
8. The equipment must be contained in a strong sealed package and cushioned to prevent movement or damage.
